&lt;p&gt;Positives:&lt;br/&gt;1. It went by incredibly fast&lt;br/&gt;2. I was happy I got to incorporate cardio in ONLY because it meant I could meet up with my morning crossfit girls.&lt;br/&gt;3. I upped my weights in every department by at least 5-20 pounds through the 4 weeks. &lt;br/&gt;4. Starting to see serious change in arms&lt;br/&gt;5. I added RandomAbs &amp;amp; Planks to almost every routine and I am seeing some ab action!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Negatives &lt;br/&gt;1. My diet was a little iffy, meal times were messed up a little but for the most part I stuck to it. Little treats here and there (but they were made with clean ingredients, and helped me meet my calorie intake so whatevs) &lt;br/&gt;2. I wish that I was seeing a bigger change in my legs, I wish I was stronger in my legs but I am just not. &lt;br/&gt;3. It effected my effort levels in swim (my arms were always exhausted) &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Overall, it was great and it is preparing a great platform for this summer when I get trained by a old friend/old body builder Clay. I am very excited for Phase 3!!
