Im trying to post one of these at different times because I know people live all over the world and come on tumblr at different hours.
MY BLOG HAS MOVED! Its the SAME url, but it is using a new email so please go follow
Because this was a ‘side’ blog I decided to go make a new tumblr account!

Im going to post this a few times, but I am changing blogs!
I originally started this as a side blog to my main tumblr, but because I want to become more personal and be able to comment/have conversations I started a new tumblr.
My url is the same http://thehealthyk.tumblr.com I just changed this one to ‘theoldhealthyk’ until I can get all the kinks worked out!
I know I probably will lose a lot of my ‘followers’ but I would love it if you would switch on over and follow my new blog!! Its going to be the same content, just now you can tell when I am talking to you/following you/reblogging you etc.

So I just finished my last workout for Phase 2 of Jamie Easons Livefit 12 Week Trainer!!!
Positives:
1. It went by incredibly fast
2. I was happy I got to incorporate cardio in ONLY because it meant I could meet up with my morning crossfit girls.
3. I upped my weights in every department by at least 5-20 pounds through the 4 weeks.
4. Starting to see serious change in arms
5. I added RandomAbs & Planks to almost every routine and I am seeing some ab action!
Negatives
1. My diet was a little iffy, meal times were messed up a little but for the most part I stuck to it. Little treats here and there (but they were made with clean ingredients, and helped me meet my calorie intake so whatevs)
2. I wish that I was seeing a bigger change in my legs, I wish I was stronger in my legs but I am just not.
3. It effected my effort levels in swim (my arms were always exhausted)
Overall, it was great and it is preparing a great platform for this summer when I get trained by a old friend/old body builder Clay. I am very excited for Phase 3!! Tomorrow I will post my plans for success for Phase 3!

7 Pages done for my research paper!! Ideally I will finish with 8 pages. I pretty much only have my conclusion to write. 7 pages done in less than 4 hours, im feeling pretty smart right now.
Taking a little break (aka going to go eat a pre-workout snack and then head to the gym)
{btw, I think everyone at the library thinks I have some sort of bladder problem… I have gone to the bathroom 6 times at least…fitgirl problem?}
what is this nonsense!! It’s the second to last week of school, pure ridiculousness
(I don’t go to our school library too often, I literally almost walked strait into the glass doors because they are automatic… Well when the library is closed the doors do not work. Aka I run inti said doors)
I wouldnt classify myself as a fitblr… more like a
‘fitness enthusiast who likes conversation & personal triumphs-blr.’
I am going to start and finish you today.

9:30am-11 = Outline / Do intro paragraph
11-1:11:15 = eat lunch
11:15-4:40 = paragraphs 1-4 (maybe 5)
4:40-6 = Gym!
6:15 = Dinner
7-10 = paragraph 5- 7 (or8)
I got emailed back by not only the woman i met with (who interviewed me for a marketing/social media internship) but I was emailed by their lead fashion stylist for their company and asked if I would want to come in for a interveiw for their fashion styling internship.
